No cat can be accepted without proof of inoculation against feline influenza and enteritis.
Both initial injections, or the annual booster, must have given not less than 2 weeks and not more than 1 year before the booking starts.
If a cat arrives without being able to prove inoculation, then it will be treated as a cancellation and no deposit will be refunded.

Please ensure that your cat has been recently treated for fleas.
Please do not be offended if your cat is checked for fleas, this is standard practice for all cats on entry.
A standard charge of £10.00 will be made for any cat that requires flea treatment, this will need to be paid before collecting.

We do not accept cats over 6 months old that are not neutered/spayed.

Cats from the same household will share a room when booked into a double, twin or family room.
Owners agree that these cats may be separated if problems arise. Cats from differnt households are not permitted to share rooms.

Any animal unwell during the boarding period will be treated by the cattery's veterinary surgeon: Aspen Vetinary Surgery, Surbiton
All due care is taken but the management accept no responsibility for veterinary fees which must be paid before the cat is collected.
We recommend pet insurance.

Payment is levied from the day of drop off up until and including day of collection.
No charge is made for the day if collection is made before 10am.
Full payment for all outstanding charges must be made on collection.

A deposit of will be taken at time of booking, this will deducted from the amount due at settlement.
The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than four weeks before the booking commences.
The full boarding fee must be paid if cancelled within 7 days of the booking commencement date.
For bookings during peak periods (School holidays) the deposit will be £30 per cat per week (minimum £30);
at other times, and for small animals, the deposit will be £30 per cat.
Failure to arrive on the date booked will result in the reservation being cancelled and the full boarding fee charged.
All days booked at time of booking must be paid for in full. Please Note: no refunds can be given for early collection.
Any amendments to shorten the booking without notice as per cancellation will be treated as early collections and payment must be made for the full booking.

We reserve the right to dispose of any animals not collected 7 days after the agreed collection date;
you will still be liable for all charges incurred, including charges for boarding after the booked period.

Payment must be made in advance for house feeding visits. Refunds will be made for cancelled visits.

Visitors are welcome during opening hours by appointment only, so that a member of staff is available to show you around.
Visiting is not permitted at the time of delivery unless by prior arrangement.
